Guest Experience Manager • Ravello, Italia Responsible for providing a warm welcome to our guests, ensuring their satisfaction, assisting, and guiding them throughout their stay to exceed their expectations. Analyze customer feedback and suggest strategies for continuous improvement of overall ratings. Act as the main contact and reference for VIP arrivals, including pre-arrival arrangements and during their stay. Coordinate with the Front Office Manager as the main contact for travel agents, including hotel show rounds. Maintain warm and sincere relationships with guests and colleagues. Ensure accurate communication between all Heads of Department, following up on guest requests and complaints. Promote internal outlets and activities organized by the hotel. Requirements Ability and willingness to work as a team player. Provide genuine and consistent high levels of service by anticipating and exceeding guest and colleague expectations. Global perspective: treat each other with respect and inclusiveness regardless of position, level, or background. Fluent in English; proficiency in a third language is required. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Previous experience in the luxury hospitality industry. We Offer Seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo.
