Customer Technical Project Manager (CTPM) – Telecom Core
We are looking for a Customer Technical Project Manager (CTPM) with strong expertise in Telecommunications Core Networks to join our team. You will lead complex end‑to‑end solution delivery projects, working directly with customers and cross‑functional engineering teams to design, integrate, validate, and deploy advanced 4G/5G Core solutions.
Your Role
Lead technical delivery for complex Core Network projects
Coordinate Analysis & Design, Integration, Verification & Validation teams
Contribute to presales: scoping, estimation, and risk assessment
Design & implement Core Network solutions (HLR, HSS, AUSF/UDM, SDL, One‑NDS, MNP, EIR)
Manage subscriber data migrations (HLR → HSS → UDM/SDL, EIR, MNP)
Oversee cloud/virtualization deployments: VMWare, OpenStack, OpenShift, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker
Drive automation initiatives and improve delivery processes
Act as the technical interface for customers and stakeholders
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
7+ years of experience in IP/Telecom domain
Strong understanding of 2G/3G/4G/5G networks and call flows
Experience with virtualization, VNF/CNF deployments, and cloud environments
Excellent communication, training, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to lead technical issues and work independently
Strong problem‑solving, analytical mindset, and ownership
Ability to thrive in dynamic and unstructured environments
Advanced English
