We are looking for a Sales Consultant in our office in Milan.Key Tasks and ResponsibilitiesOperating a financially profitable business, by increasing sales, containing costs, and maximizing margins on all servicesSeek for new business opportunities and manage operational activities, following up on-site management for major jobs to grant quality service is delivered and to seek opportunities to increase revenue (i.e selling additional services) and margins.Grow revenuesEnsure quality services are delivered on all services performed in the region.Help in develop and strengthen new business lines as per the strategy of the Crown groupActively pursue new business, identify new sources of revenue from customer portfolio and help develop regional contracts locally.Report to and work closely with the Manager, ensuring all leads, follow-ups, referrals, and quotations are completed in an integrated and pro-active manner.Duties and tasks comprehend, but are not limited to : _Project ManagementFollow the project from proposal to invoicing, following up with the customer and service partner to grant quality service is deliveredOn-site presence for major jobs to liaise with customer to seek for additional services and grant smoothness on the processObtain written quality feedback from all customersDevelop of businessAchieve annual budgeted revenueGrow our base of recurrent customersIdentify opportunities for new business lines to be added to our current revenue streamEnsure procedures for all services are followed correctlyOnly operate business through audited and approved service partnersEnsure feedbacks and recommendations are obtainedEnsure that all information is entered into our IT systemDynamics always updated with activity and opportunitiesInteract data entered correctlyBasware orders are utilized for all GA and COS purchasedConcur used to issue expenses notes if neededInvoicing is done accurately and on time as soon as possibleAptitude, Knowledge and QualificationsExcellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to set priorities, manage your time and workload and dependably meet strict deadlinesEnsure tasks are completed within timelines to a high degree of accuracy and professionalismProfessional attitude and a willingness to support stakeholders in effectively doing their jobSolution oriented approach to problem solving and decision makingTeam playerProfessional Knowledge and Skills_Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholdersWell-developed administration and organisation skills with strong attention to detailProficient computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher or equivalentStrong verbal and written communication and presentation skillsCultural sensitivity and awarenessLanguages : English knowledge is required, knowledge of a second foreign language would be a plusNotes_Smart working : Flexible approach - at least 2 days per week office workRequired visits to jobs / projects / customer locationsTravelling outside the region : Not required
