The role is responsible for the technical management and coordination of F1 car parts production. They ensure that technical solutions and processes agreed with all stakeholders meet technical, quality requirements and planning constraints. Additionally, they are in overall charge of defining the best feasible technical solutions and providing documentation and support to production departments. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 h3Production Project Management /h3 ul liOversee and manage all technical aspects of the projects, including Non Conformities or Faults raised during track events. /li liWork with Design Office to identify and agree the best technical solutions (in terms of manufacturing feasibility). /li liWork with Production Planning Department to set deadlines and targets and to optimize lead times. /li liWork with all stakeholders (i.e. Design Office, Quality, PMO, Car Eng., ecc.) to identify and develop the best solutions in terms of feasibility, production processes, planning and final product quality. /li liWork with Production Departments stakeholders (Head of, Team Leaders, Group Leaders) to optimize lead time and improve quality. /li liCollaborate with Head of Production Engineering in mentoring Production Project Managers. /li liProvide support to Production Project Managers in all technical aspects. /li liCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation, including both technical procedures and ERP routing. /li liCreate technical reports and escape to management, as needed. /li liInvestigate new processes and technologies cooperating with technical departments. /li /ul h3Professionalism /h3 ul liCommunicate effectively with all stakeholders, maintain and develop good relationships with all stakeholders. /li liProvide flexible attendance and attitude to work, both in line with the requirements of the role and any specific requirements of the projects. /li liTo work in a professional manner at all times regardless of the task set and be pro‑active in promoting a positive image for the department and for the team. /li /ul h3Experience needed /h3 ul liMaster/bachelor degree in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent). /li liExtensive experience in an equivalent role in motorsport industry (F1 experience preferred). /li liStrong, broad understanding of carbon prepreg processes. /li liFluency in English (spoken and written), fluency in Italian is preferred. /li liStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. /li liProactivity, Innovation, and excellent communication skills. /li liExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines and handle changing priorities. /li liExcellent attention to detail and strong project management skills. /li liAbility to work collaboratively and effectively in a team. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 pSuccess on track starts with people, talented individuals who grow, learn, and push forward together.
