Reporting into the Monobrand Account Manager, you will be a trusted advisor of Monobrand partners across all their sales channels (digital and brick-mortar) and on all the markets they serve: consumer, education and business.Your role will be key in evolving the Monobrand footprint within Italy, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience within physical and digital stores. You will contribute to the development and implementation of sales initiatives tailored to each line of business, with the goal of increasing weekly run rates and driving sustained growth. A strong analytical mindset is essential for success in this role. You will monitor, interpret, and act upon key business metrics to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps. Leveraging data insights, you will propose and drive improvements in partner performance.You will work cross-functionally with Education and Enterprise teams to support their execution plans and collaborate with Central Team (Sales, SP&O and Finance), Distributors and Marcom to ensure brand consistency and operational excellence.
Minimum Qualifications
* Experienced sales executive with strong analytical, commercial and marketing skills gained mainly in retail, technology industries.
* Deep knowledge of Italian retail market across all regions.
* Strong business acumen with the ability to execute both long-term plans and day-to-day initiatives effectively.
* Has a deep understanding of POS dynamics to drive extraordinary consumer experience.
* Excellent communication, presentation skills and a good storyteller both in Italian and English.
* Abides by the highest ethical standards and will never override them for any reason.
* Full proficiency in English and Italian is essential.
* Dealing with ambiguity, accountability without responsibility.

* Having an impressive track record of forging successful partnerships and alliances both internal and external.

* Ecommerce and CRM experience is a plus.
* Education & Experience
* BS/BA degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
