Customer Service Agents - Car Rental
These positions offer the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, engaging with guests, and proactively managing their needs to ensure satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:
1. Welcoming guests
2. Managing rental experiences
3. Handling back-office tasks (updating records and completing rental contracts)
4. Managing reservations
5. Handling inbound calls/emails/chat
6. Managing vehicle fleet and company cars
Requirements:
1. Customer service orientation
2. Sales skills
3. Excellent interpersonal skills
4. Proficiency in English (Level B2); knowledge of a second language is a plus
5. Initiative, proactivity, problem-solving skills
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
7. Previous experience in sales/promotions is desirable
8. Availability to work in shifts from Monday to Sunday
9. Valid B driver’s license
Offer:
1. Initial training and passive onboarding at the location
2. Contract type: Fixed-term, 6 months, with direct hiring
3. Part-time schedule: 30 hours, rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday with one day off per week
4. Location: Venice Marco Polo Airport
