Job Opening: HR Recruiter
We are a rapidly expanding company overseeing multiple strategic sectors, seeking a motivated and young HR professional dedicated to training and development.
Responsibilities:
* Support management and collaborate with team members across group companies to manage and motivate personnel;
* Design, create, and update internal training modules, including technical skills, soft skills, onboarding, and leadership;
* Coordinate with external entities for funded training projects;
* Define and implement individual and team growth pathways;
* Assist in recruiting and personnel selection processes;
* Foster a positive corporate culture focused on well-being and performance;
* Monitor workplace climate and plan initiatives to enhance resource value;
* Oversee key administrative HR functions in collaboration with the administrative area.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Degree in humanities, psychology, economics, or related fields;
* Previous experience in HR, training, or corporate coaching;
* Strong motivation for personal growth and continuous improvement;
* Excellent relational, communication, and empathetic skills;
* Proactive attitude and operational autonomy;
* Ability to thrive in a stimulating, meritocratic, and innovative environment.
Contract Details:
* Initial fixed-term contract with potential for permanent stabilization;
* Location: Solofra headquarters, in-person work required;
* Work schedule: Monday to Friday;

Experience Required:
