You will support the Accounting team for the account payable activities and support the Accounting Tax Manager for the projects in pipeline. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the complete account payable process /li liCustomer and Vendor master data creation into the SAP system /li liDownloading of the Italian vendor invoices from the SDI (tax authority portal) /li liPosting of the Italian vendor invoices for services /li liManaging the whole travel expenses process from checking the notes, their posting in accounting and reconciliation with the credit card statement /li liBalance sheet reconciliation for the invoice to be received accounts /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Economics /li li2/3 years of working experience in accounting field /li liProficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS-Excel /li liGood knowledge of English, spoken and written /li liApplied knowledge of an ERP system is preferable (SAP) /liliStrong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills /li liResult and solution oriented /li liExcellent team building skills /li /ul pWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
