About the role
The employee, who will be reporting to Sales Department, will be in charge, according with the assigned geographical area, of preparing the quotations for special burners requested by the Area Managers.
Moreover, once received the purchase order, she/he’ll be coordinating the different internal departments involved in the project, from the design phase to the final internal validation test, defining the priorities and ensuring the achievement of the project’s target.
Key Responsibilities:
As a (specify role), you’ll be responsible for:
1. Collect the data of the application of the customer.
2. Prepare, potentially with the support of other company’s functions, the offer (technical configuration, cost estimation, delivery date estimation, etc.).
3. Provide technical support to the customer and the sales force.
4. Organize the internal activities necessary for the burner’s delivery (design, new components’ sourcing, production planning, testing, etc.).
5. Kpi reporting (win rate, delivery time, etc.).
Requirements
We are looking for people who are as a minimum you must have:
Education and technical skills:
6. Engineering degree (Mechanical, Energy or similar).
7. Good knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
8. Good knowledge of Office
Personal skills:
9. Interpersonal skills, in order to effectively discuss with other departments, explain the sales office needs and efficiently promote the most important and most urgent activities.
10. Initiative, to overtake the criticalities which are intrinsic in a process that involves customized products.
11. Goal oriented, to contribute achieving the results requested by the sales department management.
