About the mission

We’re expanding in the Italian market, and acquiring new Enterprise accounts is a strategic priority for us. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in growing our customer base in Italy and contributing directly to Alma’s sales success. In a nutshell, your main responsibilities include:

* Develop strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives
* Build and maintain a robust pipeline of forecasted opportunities to consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual quota targets. Source leads through a combination of outbound prospecting, inbound inquiries, strategic partnerships (e.g., Adyen, Stripe, HiPay), referrals, collaboration with the Growth team, and personal network
* Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and contract closure
* Represent Alma at trade shows and conferences in Italy and Europe
* Contribute to the optimisation of internal processes to support Alma's growth and scalability


About you

You’ll be a good fit for the role if you have:

* Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in enterprise sales in the Italian market with proven track record of success, ideally within the fintech sector or B2B SaaS environment
* Language: native Italian speaker and fluency in English are mandatory as you’ll be working with both local and international clients
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long‑term relationships with C‑level buyer personas
* Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently as well as in teams
