We’re looking for a

- *versatile and proactive professional**

\nto join our\n
- *Fulfilment Team**

\nas a\n
- *full-time Ground Operations Coordinator**

\n, reporting to the Fulfilment Manager. This role is split between\n
- *on-the-ground service delivery**

- *remote operational support**

\n, requiring a\n
- *hands-on approach, strong organization, and problem-solving skills**

The ideal candidate is

\n. You’ll play a key role in\n
- *coordinating tour operations, assisting customers and guides, resolving logistical challenges, and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution**

\n. As the\n
- *primary reference point for the organization in the region**

\n, you will provide\n
- *local expertise, operational insights, and on-the-ground support**

\n. If you excel at\n
- *multitasking, crisis management, and customer service**

\n, this role offers a dynamic mix of\n
- *fieldwork and behind-the-scenes operations**

\n, keeping each day varied and engaging.\n
- *Key Responsibilities**
- **Coordinating tours and events**

\n, welcoming clients, handling emergencies, and facilitating smooth meet-and-greets with guides at various starting locations, including the distribution of necessary materials.\n
- **Managing inventory materials**

\nand supporting the distribution needs of the ticketing office, being flexible and able to physically visit the ticket offices.\n
- Act as the
- *regional expert and primary point of contact**

\nfor the entire LivTours team, providing support across all operational and strategic needs.\n
- Assist the
- *product team**

\nto refine and enhance existing products when necessary.\n
- Collaborate daily with
- *operations**

\nto prepare pre-tour communications and pre-service checks.\n
- Provide
- *on-the-ground support and rapid problem-solving**

\nduring peak periods and operational disruptions, ensuring seamless service and customer satisfaction.\n
- Assist the
- *supply and venue manager**

\nin maintaining strong partner relationships such as s ites, restaurants, and transport suppliers.\n
- Deve lop and maintain
- *procedural documentation**

\n, ensuring all departmental processes are clearly defined and effectively implemented.\n
- **Assist the Florence guide manager**

\nin assigning guides for last-minute bookings and providing guide support when the guide manager is off shift.\n
- **Support additional projects**

\nand company-wide initiatives as defined by the COO and CEO, contributing to broader operational and strategic goals.\n
- **Coordinate the full fulfillment cycle**

\nof LivTours experiences—from ticket procurement and supplier allocation to on-tour client support.\n
- Stay up to date with
- *evolving products, procedures, and operational conditions.**
- **Review and prepare upcoming bookings**

\n, ensuring all logistics, timing, and service elements are fully aligned and executed flawlessly.\n
- *Skills & Experience**
- **Experience in tourism operations and providing coordination services.**
- **High energy, motivation, and reliability**

\n, coupled with a positive outlook and engaging personality.\n
- Adept at managing stress and
- *remaining composed under pressure**

- **Detail-oriented, time-management and organizational skills**

- **Technological proficiency**
