Role Purpose
Therapeutic Area Specialist (TAS) drives competitive national sales growth while promoting the scientific value of the portfolio. The TAS develops and execute strategic initiatives based on insights, delivers customer value, maintains the highest standards of integrity, and ensures excellence in sales execution.
Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
* Identify and prioritize key Multiple sclerosis and Ophthalmology centers and high-potential customers through comprehensive data analysis.
* Lead value-based conversations to understand and address critical challenges and opportunities, while promoting scientific knowledge of the Multiple sclerosis and Ophthalmology product portfolio.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with national opinion leaders and top medical influencers to support and guide sales efforts.
* Manage and coordinate stakeholder management in Multiple sclerosis and Ophthalmology centers, ensuring the identification and execution of high impact projects.
* Collect, analyze, and translate customer insights into action by dynamically adjusting territories, key accounts, and customer interaction plans to maximize promotional effectiveness.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to co-create and implement solutions addressing unmet needs in the Multiple sclerosis and Ophthalmology areas.
* Act as a trusted partner to customers by delivering consistent customer-centric experiences, upholding ethical standards and ensuring effective execution of sales strategies.

Essential Requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
* Scientific degree is mandatory
* At least 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
* Hospital specialist background required, with biosimilars and hospital tender experience as a plus
* Italian and English fluency
* Prior exposure to multiple sclerosis and/or ophthalmology is preferred
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
* In-depth understanding of market share dynamics within competitive environments
* Strong planning skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams
* An established network within the target customer group in Multiple sclerosis and Ophthalmology fields is preferred
