1. End-to-End Support for Sales Leads, Opportunities, Contracts, and Orders


• Assist sales in entering customer leads, creating and updating opportunities, and maintaining CRM system data to ensure accurate and complete lead/opportunity information (customer type, project size, component specifications, pricing range, and progress milestones), supporting sales forecast data traceability.


• Track and monitor contract review progress throughout the process, coordinating with sales, legal, finance, and product departments to resolve objections during the review process (such as pricing, delivery, warranty, and capacity matching), ensuring an efficient closed-loop review process, and simultaneously feeding back review results to the sales team.


• Responsible for the entire process from customer order signing to shipment, avoiding delays in contract fulfillment.


2. Sales Forecasting and Regional Inventory Management


• Utilize CRM system opportunity data, customer historical delivery records, regional market policies, and demand trends to assist Business Development (BD) in submitting regional sales forecasts. Break down forecast data by customer type, component specifications, and delivery cycle, marking rigid orders (contracts signed but not yet issued: signed purchase orders) and flexible demands (contracts not yet double-signed/opportunities/leads) to support first- and second-level sales forecast reviews.


• Lead the issuance of regional inventory orders. Based on regional demand, delivery cycles, and inventory levels, rationally apply for inventory reserves. Maintain full coordination with the SOC (System Operations Center) to synchronize inventory reserve requests, confirm feasibility, and implementation progress.


• Track the execution of inventory reserve orders, coordinate with the SOC to provide feedback on the arrival progress of components in the warehouse, and update the regional inventory ledger synchronously to balance regional demand and inventory turnover.


3. Order Fulfillment and Full-Process Inventory Management


• Responsible for daily inventory inquiries, accurately synchronizing component inventory details (specifications, quantity, location, shelf life, and inventory type) within the sales region. Differentiate between regular inventory, inventory reserves, and customized component inventory to support accurate sales quotations and inventory inquiries.


• Handle inventory reservation and occupancy procedures; lock in corresponding component inventory based on sales order priority, clarify reservation periods, and mitigate order fulfillment risks caused by inventory misappropriation; simultaneously track inventory release and update inventory status promptly.


• Collaborate with logistics and warehousing departments for order fulfillment; regularly verify regional inventory data; investigate inventory backlog, near-expiry components, and specification mismatches; simultaneously report to SOC and sales, propose inventory reduction or adjustment suggestions, and implement inventory turnover rate targets to improve inventory turnover rate and reduce backlog risks.


1. Work Experience: 4+ years of experience in the entire sales support chain from sales lead generation to payment collection; experience at benchmark companies preferred.


2. Education: Bachelor's degree or above.


3. Other Requirements: Preference given to candidates with strong English speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills; strong logical thinking ability; responsible; and able to work under pressure.
