The role will be based in Vignate, with business travel as required to other plants, and will supervise one resource. /ppstrongResponsibilities and duties /strong /pulliExecute HR plans, processes, and programmes aligned with business objectives and the overall HR strategy. /liliContribute to the development and implementation of the local business strategy by translating it into measurable functional and individual objectives. /liliDevelop, implement, and maintain local HR policies, ensuring full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. /liliManage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes. /liliProvide local support during key annual HR processes such as Performance Management, Development Planning, Compensation Planning, and Employee Engagement initiatives. /liliSupport local managers in organisational design and workforce planning. /liliPartner with and provide coaching to local leadership, line managers, and employees on HR-related matters to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement. /liliEnsure compliance with labour laws, national collective agreements (CCNL), and manage disciplinary actions and litigation procedures where necessary. /liliOversee Talent Acquisition, Learning Development, and Employee Engagement activities. /liliSupport HR-related aspects of Mergers Acquisitions, including due diligence and change management initiatives. /liliManage internal communication strategies to support alignment and engagement. /liliLead HR reporting and analytics activities, including the development and maintenance of dashboards and KPIs to monitor workforce trends, support decision-making, and ensure data-driven HR practices. /liliProvide regular reports and insights to senior management on key HR metrics such as turnover, headcount, absenteeism, and diversity. /li /ulpstrongRequirements and Skills /strong /pulliDegree in Business, Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. /liliFluency in English, both written and spoken. /lili3 to 8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources roles. /liliProven experience in HR operations, with solid knowledge of compensation, recruitment, and performance management processes. /liliDemonstrated ability to coach and mentor leaders and teams to drive performance and engagement. /liliExperience working in complex, matrixed organisations. /liliStrong knowledge of organisational development, team dynamics, and leading change initiatives. /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organisation. /liliProactive, creative, and results-oriented, with strong follow-through and attention to detail. /liliAbility to balance competing priorities and align HR initiatives with the needs of multiple stakeholders. /liliProficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools is a plus. /liliCar Owner /li /ulpstrongTravel Work Arrangements/Requirements /strong /ppRole based in Vignate and travel required to other company sites in northern Italy /ppstrongWhat we offer: /strong /pulliDynamic international working environment /liliSmart Working Policy and flexible working time /liliEquity Grant program /liliWelfare program /liliInternal canteen /liliLinkedin learning access /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
