About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our HR team in South Europe. As an HR Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the HR operational excellence and maximizing Associate (Employee) Experience within the South Europe Cluster, with a focus on Italy.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

* Previous experience in HR processes and/or HR compliance
* Fluent in Italian and English
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
