Job Opportunity: Talent Manager An international industrial engineering group is seeking a talented Talent Development Manager to lead talent acquisition and management efforts. The role involves: Developing a sustainable Talent Management Strategy aligned with company goals, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and career development. Designing, planning, and executing recruitment plans. Analyzing hiring needs and providing employee hiring forecasts. Ensuring efficient selection processes in collaboration with the recruitment & training manager. Leading and supervising the recruiting team. Sourcing qualified candidates for open positions. Identifying and managing bottlenecks in the recruiting process. Organizing career fairs, university events, and employer branding activities. Training employees to become brand ambassadors. Designing and leading onboarding, training, and career management programs. Managing career path implementation and organizational skill development. Collaborating with the company's Academy/Knowledge Manager to define and manage training programs. Qualifications and Experience 5-10 years of experience in a similar role. Deep knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques. Familiarity with various selection methods (interviews, tests, assignments). Experience posting jobs on social media and job boards. Proficiency with recruitment tools. Desirable Skills and Abilities Motivational leadership qualities. Ownership and pride in performance and impact. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in English.
