Role:
Hemmersbach is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Onsite Technician to provide hands-on technical support for end users. This role involves resolving issues across hardware, software, and networking, with a strong emphasis on user satisfaction and professionalism.
Main responsabilities:
* Providing support for service requests involving PCs, laptops, phones, and peripheral devices.
* Resolving hardware and basic software issues.
* Providing client-facing support with strong communication and professionalism.
* Preparing, installing, and configuring end-user devices.
* Performing service tasks within defined procedures.
* Supporting equipment disposal and decommissioning processes.
* Documenting work performed and updating ticketing systems.
* Providing feedback on technical processes to support efficiency improvements.

Contract: 1-year fixed-term employment contract (with possibility of transformation into a permanent)
* Location: Milano (Romolo - fully onsite)
Requirements:
* 1+ years of experience as a Deskside Support Technician
* Working technical knowledge in order to address service work orders for PCs, laptops, phones, peripherals.
* Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
* Familiar with ticketing system
* Good English and Italian language
