Job Description
As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the bar, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and coordinating the bar team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversight of beverage preparation, quality control, and inventory management.
- Leading pre-shift briefings, planning work schedules, and implementing effective team communication strategies.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality or similar environments, with a strong background in bar operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in French and English, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse team.
- Familiarity with local and national regulations regarding alcohol service.
- Strong skills in team management, inventory control, customer service orientation, and basic accounting principles.
