What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…
1. Plan and monitor production activities, establishing production priorities based on business needs and customer requirements.
2. Manage production scheduling based on available resources (personnel, machinery, materials).
3. Collaborate with technical and engineering departments to ensure that all technical specifications and quality requirements are met.
4. Analyze and optimize workflows, identifying and resolving any bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the production process.
5. Being able to coordinate with production to optimize manufacturing processes.
6. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials needed for production.
7. Constantly monitor and update production schedules, taking into account any changes in lead times or business priorities.
8. Prepare reports and documentation related to production planning and progress for management and other departments.
9. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations during production activities.
Requirements & Qualifications…
10. Degree in engineering or a diploma in technical-economic fields
11. At least 1-2 years' experience in similar roles, preferably in engineering or oil & gas.
12. Thorough knowledge of manufacturing processes, planning techniques and management tools (e.g., ERP, production management systems).
13. Good knowledge of major analysis and reporting tools (Excel, planning software),particularly SAP.
14. Good knowledge of mechanical technical drawing and be able to use different types of design software.
15. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
16. Excellent problem-solving skills, results orientation, ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments.
17. Knowledge of the English language.
18. Knowledge of occupational safety and quality regulations (ISO, etc.).
