With a global footprint and expertise in more than 30 sectors and services, we optimize client projects worldwide. /ppThrough our Consulting for Good approach, we strive for next-level impact by developing innovative CSR solutions for our clients, making sustainability a lever for profitable transformation. /ph3Job Description /h3pSolution Office is in charge of steering and challenging the development of the services (solutions) and IP (publications) at the group level. /ppReporting to the Global Chief Solutions Officer, you will be responsible for: /pulliGlobal coordination of Teams, mainly across multiple geographies, in collaboration with around 70+ Partners and the Talent Development department. /li /ulpbAs a Junior Solutions Knowledge Manager /b, you will be responsible for: /pulliGlobal coordination of Teams (~40 members) and PMO activities /liliPreparation of Global Teams steering committees and conferences in coordination with Team Leaders /liliSupporting Team Leaders in defining their squads and chapters strategies /liliMonitoring and following up on the solutions and IP creation process, including budget and time validation, tracking squad and chapter definitions, identifying missing topics or potential new Teams /liliReporting and KPI tracking /liliQuality control on IP and solution development /liliEnsuring knowledge management structure and the availability of solutions/IP for all consultants via collaborative tools /liliAnimating internal communities and coordinating with Market representatives /li /ulpAdditionally, you will work on improving and optimizing processes post-deployment, including: /pulliDefining and implementing tailored methodologies for product development and go-to-market solutions /liliCommunicating new solutions to the global Management Team and Market Leaders /liliCoordinating with other departments (IT, Finance, Business Development, Knowledge Management, Talent Development) to enhance functionalities and integration of the operating model into internal tools /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3pGraduated from a top business school or university.
