Position Summary
Main Responsibilities
* Manage assembly production and people.
* Ensure achievement of Operational KPIs: Safety, Quality, On-time delivery, and productivity.
* Coordinate with Logistic and Warehouse departments to optimize production planning and material flow.
* Work with the support of the Quality department to focus on quality improvements and poka-yoke system management. Cooperate with Manufacturing to improve process reliability and industrialize the production line on time with new program milestones.
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives through kaizen activities and cross-functional projects.
* Support Production Manager in managing production forecasting and assembly cost control.
* Ensure compliance with all regulations and maintain high behavior standards in the department.
Job Position Requirements
* Education: University bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering & Management.
* Professional background: Similar role in comparable companies.
* English knowledge is required.
* Ability to use IT products.
* Knowledge of quality tools (APQP).
* Basic planning skills in Production/Warehouse.
* Considered a plus: SAP and IATF Standard.
Additional Qualities: Teamwork, Result-oriented, Decision-maker.
