The Role
* Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
* Prepare and deliver project reports and presentations.
* Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
* Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
* Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
* Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
* Establish and maintain relationships with third parties / vendors.
* Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and performance.
* Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
* Develop risk management strategies and contingency plans.
* Lead and motivate project team members, conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.
* Assign tasks and ensure team members are held accountable for their deliverables.
* Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
* Conduct post-project evaluations and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
* Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role (preferred in LS industry).
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Knowledge of Veeva, SAS, Argus will be considered a plus.
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred).
* Master’s degree in a related field (preferred).
* Experience in IT infrastructure and cloud computing projects (preferred).
* Knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC).
* Fluent in English.
Work Environment
* This position may require occasional travel.
* The role may involve working outside regular business hours to meet project deadlines.
