Responsibilities

* Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates for various positions.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
* Guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and support.
* Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
* Stay updated on industry trends to enhance sourcing and selection methods.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar position is highly desirable.
* Ability to understand and adapt to various industries and their hiring needs.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients and candidates.
* Familiarity with recruitment software and tools to improve sourcing efforts.
* Effective time management skills to handle multiple recruitment projects at once.
* Self-driven and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
