Global TechOpS oversees the entire lifecycle of the drug: from process optimization and industrialization, to manufacturing, engineering, quality oversight, and supply chain management. This end‑to‑end model is powered by our four manufacturing sites - Parma (IT), Blois (FR), Santana de Parnaíba (BR), and Nerviano (IT) - together with our Virtual Plant network of external partners. /p pbWho we are looking for /b /p h3This is what you will do /h3 pThe Senior Director, Global Quality Integration Alliances is a senior strategic leader responsible for defining, leading, and executing global quality integration activities associated with mergers, acquisitions, divestments, strategic partnerships, and growth initiatives. /p pThis role ensures that acquired or partnered entities are effectively integrated into the global Quality Management System (QMS) in a compliant, risk-based, and business-enabling manner. The position also provides global oversight of quality governance for external partners and alliances, fostering strong, transparent, and compliant quality relationships across the network. /p h3You will be responsible for /h3 ul liOwning and leading the global quality integration strategy for acquisitions, divestments, and growth initiatives. /li liActing as the Global Quality Integration Lead for MA activities, including due diligence and post‑deal integration. /li liDefining and executing quality integration roadmaps, gap assessments, and remediation plans. /li liProviding global quality governance oversight for external partners and alliances, in partnership with the Global Head of QMS. /li liDefining standards for partner quality agreements, oversight models, and escalation pathways. /li liEnsuring compliance with global GxP regulations and inspection readiness. /li liLeading cross‑functional integration teams across Global Quality and business functions. /li liCapturing lessons learned and continuously improving integration playbooks and tools. /li /ul h3You will need to have /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related discipline (Master’s preferred). /li liMinimum 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality, with experience in MA or partner oversight. /li liStrong knowledge of global GxP regulations and quality risk management. /li /ul h3We would prefer for you to have /h3 ul liProven leadership of quality integration for acquisitions or strategic alliances. /li liExperience working with CMOs or external partners. /li liStrong senior stakeholder engagement and influencing skills. /li liExperience operating in a complex, global matrix organization. /li /ul h3Location /h3 pHybrid – Parma preferred, other strategic locations in Europe will be considered /p h3What we offer /h3 pNo matter where your path starts at Chiesi, it leads to inspiring possibilities.
