Job Description
We are looking for talented new graduates to join our HSE&E; team for two internships based in Parma: one at our Pedrignano plant and one at our HQ.
Job Purpose
The purpose of the internship is to introduce you to Barilla by working alongside talented professionals on challenging, exciting, and rewarding projects in the HSE&E; area.
Key accountabilities
Internship in HSE&E; Pedrignano Plant:
- Support in ensuring the compliance of the Plant’s Health, Safety, Environment and Energy management systems, as well as the Fire Protection systems
- Support in ensuring the management of control measures and HSEE audits, promoting a prevention-oriented culture in accordance with legal regulations and Group policies
- Support in ensuring the implementation and management of appropriate HSEE procedures, including the definition of related operating procedures and the identification of preventive and protective measures
- Support in monitoring and reporting HSEE performance indicators.
Internship in HSE&E; Headquarter:
- Ensure that the integrated HSEE management system is aligned with current regulations and industry best practices, fostering a safer and more sustainable working environment.
- Maintain the HSEE portal for access to information and best practices, enhancing operational efficiency.
- Promote a culture of sharing within the company, making best practices and useful resources readily available to all employees.
- Manage training courses for the HSEE professional family.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering (or similar studies)
- Excellent academic background• Study or work experience abroad (nice to have)
- Fluent English and Italian (mandatory)
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work in team
