This is a great opportunity for a driven Account Executive to focus on building long-term strategic relationships with key advertisers and agencies and identifying new and unique advertising opportunities. While maintaining a consultative style, candidates must feel comfortable discussing with prospective clients on a broad range of issues. An ability to identify, develop and manage a valuable prospect list based on our standard product offerings is crucial. In addition to having excellent written and verbal communication skills, good attention to detail, and good follow-through, the ideal candidates will be self-motivated and highly goal-oriented in order to achieve ambitious business targets.
Key job responsibilities
* Manage relations with advertisers
* Influence media spend within the account based on your understanding of the customer needs and expectations
* Negotiate branding solutions on multiple touch points and be able to handle complex discussions
* Implement the framework and coverage for assigned strategic accounts.
* Discover and develop new opportunities for business growth across your client vertical
* Grow relationships at all levels within the client and the agency for your strategic accounts - to increase their knowledge of how Amazon can create deeper advertising partnerships and act as a trusted advisor and a go-to resource within Amazon
* Work cross-functionally and ensure the highest level of customer service provided to all clients
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Strong business leader with a deep understanding of the Advertising Landscape
* Experience in Media Buying or Selling (Connected TV, TV, Video Strategies)
* Proven track record of success at building relationships, partnering cross-functionally, and professionally representing client needs/perspectives to the product organization
* Knowledge of and relationships within the industry across publishers, clients, and agencies
* Talent for responding effectively to market direction, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
* Thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment, be adept at dealing with ambiguity and have good communication and presentation skills.
* Advanced level of English and Italian.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Degree educated, ideally in a related field or equivalent experience
* International working context
* Excellent Presentation and Communication Skills at all levels of an organization
