About the Role

Customer Support and Content Moderation
roles across various international projects and platforms.
You'll provide user support and ensure content compliance, working alongside a diverse, high-performing team in a dynamic and international environment.
URGENT HIRING WELCOME BONUS
2,000 euros (for Italian market, available until July 31st)
Location: Porto or Lisbon, Portugal ( on-site or remote based in Portugal )
Language Requirements: Italian (C1+) + English (B2+)
Contract Type: Full-time, Shifts (including weekends if required)
Relocation Support: Available for eligible candidates
What Youll Do
Customer Support:
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution
Provide accurate product and service information
Content Moderation:
Review and evaluate user-generated content
Enforce compliance with platform policies
Escalate complex cases to specialized teams
Ensure content quality, objectivity, and safety
What Were Looking For
Italian fluency (C1 or higher)
English proficiency (minimum B2)
EU citizenship or valid residence/work permit in Portugal
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Availability to work on-site in Porto
Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends if needed
