Your responsibilities encompass the full design cycle which spans product definition through IC validation.ResponsibilitiesPerform transistor-level design of power management IC'sDefine and quantify tradeoffs among IC architectures and perform feasibility experimentsParticipate in product definition with Marketing and Applications engineersOversee the work of mask layout staffWrite design specifications, IC verification and validation plansParticipate in test specification development and Test Engineering supportExecute lab validation and datasheet compliance testingSupport Application Engineering and MarketingQualificationsSwitch-mode power conversion topologiesFamiliarity with Cadence design toolsPreferred Skills and ExperienceIntegrated-FET switching regulators and PMICsBehavioral modeling of analog and mixed signal circuitsPrecision current sensing techniquesRegulated or unregulated charge pump circuitsHigh precision, rail-to-rail op-ampsAutomated bench testingUse of tracking systems for development milestones, tasks and bug resolutionExperience working with customers, marketing, applications, test and product engineers through the product life cycleBSEE with 5+ years, MSEE with 3+ years, or PhDLaunch and advance your career in technical and business roles across four Product Groups and various corporate functions.
