Purpose of the Job
Execute test and commissioning activities on field in support of one or several projects.
Key Accountabilities
* Execute testing activities in support of one or several projects on railway signalling systems under the direction of the hierarchy.
* Follow the testing procedure, documentation and instructions from the Subsystem T&C Engineer or Leader.
* Identify and correct defects (troubleshooting).
* Ensure testing tools are calibrated and replace defective equipment, ensuring repair per procedures.
* When a non‑conformity is observed during commissioning, create a return experience (REX) and report all design‑related issues with defect description and test context.
* Deliver committed performance in terms of quality, costs and deadlines, complying with Alstom policies, local standards and regulations (including EHS and Railway Safety).
Performance Measurement
* Efficiency and proactivity during the execution of T&C tests.
* Compliance to EHS (Zero Deviation) and regulatory standards.
* Quality of anticipation, monitoring and reporting.
Location: Bari, Bologna or Rome site.
