Position Moon Boot is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Campaign Showroom Assistant to join the team for the upcoming sales campaign. In particular, the activities of the role will be:
Provide comprehensive support to the commercial team in daily operations, including scheduling sales appointments and handling back-office tasks.
Manage client communication with professionalism and courtesy — in person, over the phone, and via email.
Ensure the organization, upkeep, and presentation of the showroom, always maintaining the brand’s image and attention to detail.
Work confidently with Microsoft Excel to manage reports, sales analyses, and data tracking.
Support the team in using and updating CRM systems and sales platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency of client information.
The ideal candidate has the following characteristics:
Requirements Previous experience of at least 2 years in Sales Support or Showroom Assistance roles, ideally within the fashion or luxury industry.
Fluent English and proficiency in German (CH/AT/DE) or French, both spoken and written.
Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, international environment.
A genuine passion for fashion.
