Regional Manager / Country Manager – Premium Health & Wellness Group
Location: Milan, Italy
Salary: €80,000 – €100,000 per annum + performance bonus
This is an exceptional opportunity to take on a senior leadership role within a premium health and wellness group, overseeing multiple sites across Italy. We're looking for a Regional Manager / Country Manager who can combine strategic leadership with operational excellence, developing high-performing teams and ensuring a consistent, premium experience across every club in the region.
In this role, you'll be responsible for driving both commercial and operational performance at a multi-site level. You'll coach and support General Managers, set clear standards, and deliver structured improvement plans that strengthen service, culture, and financial results.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading and developing General Managers across multiple clubs
Shaping operational strategy and ensuring consistent standards across all sites
Driving commercial performance, member experience, and long‐term growth
Implementing regional action plans and performance frameworks
Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Building a positive, aligned leadership culture across your region
Supporting new club openings and expansion projects
Acting as the key link between the country region and senior leadership
