Role Description 
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Verbania, Piemonte for a Resident Manager at Grand Hotel Majestic. 
The Resident Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold hotel standards. 
Responsibilities include coordinating hotel activities, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, and maintaining high service quality. 
The role also involves financial management, including budgeting and reporting, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. 
Qualifications 
Experience in hotel management, guest relations, and staff supervision 
Strong organizational and leadership skills 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
Financial management and budgeting experience 
Understanding of health and safety regulations 
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions 
Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus 
Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
