Responsibilities
Organization and supervision of the restaurant service for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
Operational management of the bar
Staff management (training and organization)
Handling of complaints and special requests
Achieving and maintaining the preset economic objectives
Ensuring application of the service standards defined by the Company
Ensuring compliance with current health and safety regulations and company procedures (HACCP)
Monitoring customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Strong passion for Food & Beverage and genuine ability to connect with guests and team members
Professional experience in a similar role in Hotels or Resorts
Excellent knowledge of the English language
Experience with at least one hotel management system and ability to process orders electronically
Preferably good knowledge of wines and coffee
Flexibility and a genuine desire to care for the guest and be part of a united, guest‑centric team
