* Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the brand and products.
* Handle customer complaints effectively, consulting with managers when necessary.
* Maintain high standards of visual display and shop floor organization, adhering to operational guidelines and stock procedures.
* Contribute to security measures to prevent thefts.
Knowledge and Skills
* Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
* Passion for human relations and sales.
