This role involves supporting our Control Techniques Dynamics portfolio, ensuring commercial, technical, and customer-facing support for every opportunity. The engineer will support regional drive centres and manage commercial activities to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and experience. This role bridges product management, engineering, and regional support to deliver application expertise and drive product adoption. Key Responsibilities: Manage commercial product support and proposals Support segments and regions Coordinate bids Analyze margins and profitability Manage orders and fulfillment Support forecasting and pipeline development Provide application engineering and technical support Enable commercial training Integrate product feedback and lifecycle management Collaborate cross-functionally Monitor performance and pursue continuous improvement Build customer relationships and advocate for their needs Travel Requirements: Minimum 25% travel, possibly more, including overnight stays and out-of-hours meetings.
