Role Description
This is a contract, full remote role for a Training Project Manager. In this position, you will manage the end-to-end coordination of training programs, ensure timely communication with trainers and clients, and oversee the planning, implementation, and successful completion of training projects. Additional responsibilities include scheduling, providing administrative support to trainers and participants, and ensuring the quality and consistency of all program materials and logistics.
Qualifications
* Skills in Training Management, Training & Development, and Training coordination
* Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for trainer and client interaction
* Experience in Project Management and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
* Proficiency in tools and software supporting scheduling, documentation, and program coordination
* Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet project deadlines
* Previous experience in the education or consultancy fields is a plus
* Relevant certifications or a degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field are advantageous
