People Partner & Executive Assistant - Poppi Technologies Metropolitan city of Bari, Italy People Partner & Executive Assistant Permanent Reports to : Director Mid-Level WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT DAY TO DAY This People Partner & Executive Assistant role is a new and exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic & career-focused PP&EA to join the Poppi Team. The role will be based at our regional office in Bari (Italy), which is one of the centres for excellence within the Crestview Group. The PP&EA will provide support for effective and innovative HR services to the local Italian team. The PP&EA will support stakeholders to create a winning culture as a people champion in line with the larger Crestview global strategy. He or she will support the development and execution of the Italian local people programs and ensure the delivery of best practice strategies aligned with Poppi’s culture and values. He or she will have a proven track record of being a true adviser contributing to the growth and improvement of the business. As a business partner, they will have broad experience in all aspects of generalist Human Resource practices, especially excellent knowledge of Italian labour law, statutory employer obligations, recruitment, employee relations, and employee engagement, as well as some experience within training and development. He or she will assist the Director with daily administrative duties and complete a broad variety of tasks including managing an active calendar, preparing reports, composing correspondence, arranging travel, and supporting team objectives. Experience working for agile, international businesses is essential, as is fluency in both English and Italian. DESIRED CRITERIA At least 3 years in HR, office-based, or administrative roles Good interpersonal and time management skills Ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners, and customers Previous experience working with PA / Executive level functions Eligible to live and work in Italy Availability to visit Crestview HQ in the UK upon request Knowledge of Office 365 software Professional HR qualification is highly desirable Additional skills: reliability, discretion, adaptability, strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, and excellent organizational skills for multitasking and attention to detail ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Act as a single point of contact for employees and managers Collaborate with the People Team in Lisburn and local managers to set roles and responsibilities, including talent identification and supporting recruitment activities Coordinate with external providers for payslip processing Ensure employment policies are current, consistent, and compliant with Italian laws Communicate effectively about HR approaches and issues Assist with developing and implementing policies, handbooks, initiatives, benefits, and procedures Support cultural transformation and organize engagement activities Support managers with employee relations issues related to pay, performance, attendance, disciplinary, and grievances Assist with administrative duties, documentation, and communication Maintain accurate employee records and data management through HRM platform Support office budget management and procurement activities Handle correspondence, shipments, complaints, and queries Liaise with staff, suppliers, and clients Implement procedures related to office administration OUR VALUES We work together - We value collaboration and everyone’s contribution to Poppi’s success.
