Roles & Objectives
As an Intern, you will be part of the IT Department at Philip Morris Italia and will report to a supervisor. The position will be based in Rome.
Join our Information Technology team and become part of a group where you can bring new ideas and learn about processes and solutions.
Specific Responsibilities:
* Supporting the collection and analysis of requirements for solutions in the Consumer and Commercial areas
* Bringing innovative ideas by proactively searching for new ways to improve current processes, leveraging an agile approach and the digital ecosystem
* Managing projects using Agile methodology
Who we’re looking for:
* University degree in STEM
* Passion for technology and innovation
* Strong analytical skills
* Problem-solving attitude and customer orientation
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Fluency in English and Italian
What’s nice to have:
* IT background
* Knowledge of project management
* Communication skills
* Quick learning capabilities, entrepreneurial spirit, and curiosity
