Rocket4Sales is supporting a French SaaS / IaaS software publisher in Italy in the search for its future Account Executive. This role is strongly focused on new business development, targeting law firms, legal departments, and legal professionals.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
* Identify, target, and acquire new mid-market clients across Italy
* Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, social selling) and inbound leads
* Lead the entire sales cycle from A to Z: discovery, qualification, product demonstrations, proposal, negotiation, and closing
* Understand client needs and position tailored SaaS solutions with clear business value
* Conduct product presentations and demos to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Collaborate closely with marketing and SDR teams to optimize lead generation and conversion
* Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in CRM tools
* Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets
Profile
* 3+ years of experience in B2B sales within SaaS / legaltech / software environments
* Proven track record in new business acquisition and closing deals
* Strong ability to manage complex sales cycles with xivgfpx multiple stakeholders
* Comfortable presenting and selling technology solutions
* Ability to simplify and clearly communicate technical concepts
* Knowledge of the legal sector is a plus
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a results-driven and proactive mindset
* English : C1
Compensation
* Package: €40K base + €15K uncapped variable
* Location: Milan or Paris
