As F B Manager, you will oversee daily operations of our restaurants, bars, and other food and beverage outlets.
This includes managing the F B team to ensure guests receive heartfelt care in their dining experience and that the business remains profitable.
Key responsibilities include: Lead and coordinate all F B outlets including restaurants, bars, room service, banqueting, and event catering, ensuring a seamless and refined guest experience.
Develop and execute the F B strategy in alignment with the hotel's brand standards and financial objectives.
Ensure consistent excellence in food and beverage quality, presentation, and service, with close attention to detail and innovation.
Inspire, train, and manage F B teams (chefs, service staff, bartenders, etc.) to deliver exceptional service and embody a luxury hospitality mindset.
Collaborate with culinary leadership to design and update menus that reflect seasonal trends, culinary creativity, and guest preferences.
Oversee inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships, optimizing cost control and minimizing waste without compromising quality.
Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all F B operations.
Act as a key point of contact for guests, handling feedback and resolving any issues with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar Food Beverage leadership role within a 5-star hotel environment, including involvement in at least one pre-opening project.
In-depth knowledge of food and beverage menu items, including wine, spirits, and cocktails.
Basic math proficiency for handling transactions and managing budgets.
Flexibility in work schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Passion for the hospitality industry and crafting enriching experiences for customers.
