QJ Motor is seeking a passionate and innovative After‑Sales Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will proactively and effectively support our after‑sales operations, helping to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
Main responsibilities:
* Provide professional technical support to customers and the after‑sales team, resolving technical issues encountered during motorcycle repairs and maintenance, improving service quality and efficiency.
* Provide technical consultation and troubleshooting support.
* Assist the after‑sales team in solving repair challenges and guide repair processes.
* Organise and update technical documentation.
* Participate in technical training to enhance team expertise.
* Track and report common technical issues to assist R&D and quality departments in product improvement.
* Respond promptly to customer technical needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Degree or diploma in mechanical engineering or related technical field, with motorcycle maintenance knowledge.
* Previous experience in after‑sales technical support or motorcycle repair preferred.
* Strong communication and coordination skills to effectively interact with customers and teams.
* Proficiency in Italian and English.
* Responsible, detail‑oriented, and good problem‑solving skills.
