We are seeking a highly skilled HR Legal & Administration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labor law and administrative practices, with the ability to manage payroll processes, handle disciplinary procedures, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the correct administration of all personnel-related activities, adhering to current labor laws and regulations, and contributing to the preservation of labor compliance within the company.

* Autonomous management of the payroll process for a specific area of the company;
* Care of pre-retirement and insurance aspects related to employment relationships;
* Preparation, updating, and monitoring of labor contractual documentation;
* Management of disciplinary procedures and support in labor contentious matters;
* Active contribution to the maintenance and improvement of normative and procedural compliance in the HR area.

Required Qualifications

* Law degree or equivalent title;
* At least 7 years of experience in the role or similar functions, with particular focus on payroll processes and HR Legal areas;
* Deep knowledge of labor law, with experience in disciplinary management, labor contentious, and contractual matters;
* Competences in the use and management of HR software systems;
* Excellent analytical, relational, communicative, and organizational skills.
* 40 / 45K + MBO (approximately 3K);
* Smart working : up to 10 days per month, maximum 5 consecutive days;
* Mensa aziendale or ticket restaurant for every working day;
* Second-level employee classification.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a professional with a solid experience in human resource administration and a strong specialization in labor law, preferably acquired in structured and modernly organized contexts.
