Ph3Overview /h3pThe Junior Payroll Specialist will be part of the HR/Payroll team and will support day-to-day payroll operations, working closely with senior colleagues of the Italian offices C-MAP Italy and Navico Forlì. The role aims to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with applicable regulations, while handling sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and attention to detail. /ph3Essential Functions /h3ulliSupport the collection and verification of data required for payroll processing (time and attendance, absences, overtime, sick leaves etc). /liliAssist in the preparation and review of payroll data and payslips. /liliProvide support with monthly and periodic administrative activities (documentation filing, reporting). /liliMaintain and update employee records and data within the payroll/HR systems. /liliAct as a first point of contact for employees’ operational payroll-related inquiries, escalating issues to senior team members when necessary. /liliSupport interactions with external payroll providers, labor consultants, and vendors. /liliCollaborate with the HR team and, where applicable, with international stakeholders. /liliRecruitment process: candidate screening tasks. /li /ulh3Essential Requirements /h3ulliStrong sense of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive and personal data. /liliExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and service-oriented approach. /liliFluent English, both written and spoken. /liliHigh level of accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail. /liliStrong learning ability and motivation to grow professionally within the payroll function. /liliGood knowledge of standard IT tools (Microsoft Office, particularly Excel). /li /ulh3Required Qualifications /h3ulliEducational background in Economics, Law, Human Resources, or related fields. /liliFirst experience (including internship or apprenticeship) in payroll or personnel administration. /liliInterest in labor law and payroll processes. /liliBasic familiarity with payroll software or HRIS systems. /li /ulh3Personal Competencies /h3ulliProactive mindset and willingness to learn. /liliAbility to work effectively in a team. /liliStructured and detail-oriented approach. /liliProfessionalism, discretion, and reliability. /li /ulh3Diversity and Compliance /h3pBrunswick is committed to providing a workplace that offers equal employment opportunities based solely on merit.
