We are looking for an IT CRM Delivery Specialist to join our IT division on a fixed‑term contract to cover a maternity leave.
The role supports the coordination and delivery of CRM initiatives, contributing to project planning, resource allocation, and delivery monitoring across internal IT teams and external partners. Working closely with key stakeholders, the IT CRM Delivery Specialist helps ensure visibility, alignment, and smooth execution throughout the CRM project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the management of the IT CRM project portfolio, monitoring priorities, dependencies, risks, and progress.
* Contribute to translating CRM project demand into structured resource allocations, working with internal teams and external vendors.
* Support end‑to‑end budget monitoring activities, from initial cost estimates to purchase order handling and goods receipt.
* Contribute to the definition and continuous improvement of operational processes and delivery workflows for CRM projects.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure operational alignment and effective execution.
* Facilitate communication between IT CRM teams and external suppliers, ensuring clarity on activities, timelines, and responsibilities.
* Identify delivery risks, issues, and improvement opportunities, proposing practical solutions.
* Support KPI tracking and delivery reporting, ensuring clear and data‑driven insights.
Requirements:
* 2 years of experience in IT project coordination, delivery, PMO, or similar roles.
* Exposure to budget tracking and financial monitoring activities within IT projects (e.g. estimates, purchase orders, goods receipt).
* Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
* Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Problem‑solving mindset, attention to detail, and results orientation.
* Nice to have: exposure to Agile methodologies or project management frameworks.
