Bring your passion, bring your energy, and be part of a global team that appreciates a simple truth: Diversity Collaboration Great Innovation As part of the Power Transformer Operations team, you will be responsible for driving sustainable and transformational change across multiple transformers factories, focused on safety, quality and process improvement of the winding manufacturing processes. You will work with 17 power transformer factories worldwide, with a wide variety of technologies and equipment, coordinating winding manufacturing related projects and support global investment projects. You will share your knowledge by delivering global trainings to local process engineers. Responsibilities: - You act as the global process expert for winding manufacturing related processes in power transformers which includes methods and equipment for the entire power transformer business and product scope - You support factories in emergency equipment and process issues. - You provide expert support to our factories for process improvement activities, equip-ment investments and upgrades, and equipment relocations - You conduct factory assessments and follow the implementation of the global manufacturing platform and drive implementation in a systematic manner - You develop standard equipment requirements, linked with process performance and critical to quality characteristics and update documentations such as production standards, quality inspection cards and user manuals related to the winding equipment deployed in the trans-former factories - You optimize and improve the winding operations maximizing the asset utilization, at lowest cost, while making sure that the quality standards and customer requirements are met - You build and maintain partnerships with global suppliers for winding and winding assembly equipment, in cooperation with respective category manager and supply quality manager Your background - Technical University degree - Experience in operations from a relevant industry (>5 years) - Strong analytical and systemic problem-solving skills with clear passion to develop and to drive change - International experience, working with different countries and cultures - Fluent written and spoken English matched with excellent communication skills More about us Publication date: 2023-03-10 Reference Number: HQ54813548_E4
