Position Overview
Amplifon Global Data team is currently seeking for a Data Service Manager. He or she will interact with Business and development team during both project and operational phases to properly handle release management and improve the support service, thus granting service availability and continuity.
Main Responsibilities
1. Promote application and process improvements based on operational experience and customers feedback
2. Prioritize issue analysis and resolution activities based on business context and understood criticalities
3. Be the first point of contact for any critical issue or improvement need related to Amplifon Datawarehouse, marketing campaign platform and the integrations between them
4. Ensure service continuity, while coordinating release of enhancements and evolutions of data assets and complex enterprise campaign automation solutions, with comprehensive understanding in Architecture, System Integration, Security, Performance, Scalability and Reliability
5. Be the subject matter expert for client data and omni-channel marketing campaigns
6. Interact with application development, enterprise architecture, technology teams and vendors on a regular basis
7. Investigation of application issues to determine root causes, resolve any data issues and recommend process change to prevent reoccurrence
8. Perform work on time, within scope and with high customer satisfaction
Skills
9. Ability to prioritize assignments, handle shifting deadlines and work independently as well as in a team environment
10. Strong skill in problem solving
11. Knowledge of general Business and CRM processes. Highly appreciated in the Retail industry
12. Business needs analysis - ability to define business's requirements within the context of their function
13. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to drive projects, meet timelines, and deliver results
14. Ability to work flexibly in a rapidly Corporate changing environment
15. Work well under pressure to meet deadlines and manage business expectations
16. Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
17. Understanding of relational databases
18. Proven SQL knowledge
19. Knowledge of Adobe Marketing Cloud or other Omnichannel campaign systems highly appreciated
20. Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform and DBT highly appreciated
21. Knowledge of Microsoft PowerBI and Azure Analysis Services highly appreciated
Qualifications
22. > years working experience in functional analyst role, in CRM or Campaign Management projects highly appreciated
23. - Year degree in Computer Science preferred or Economics
24. Willing to travel as required
25. Any successful candidate will be required to be fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken)
