Responsible for Supply, Assembly, and Molding Production Planning. The primary objective is to balance production lines to maximize operational efficiency while ensuring full compliance with customer requirements. Optimization and standardization of material and information flows with a strong customer-oriented approach.Ensure the accurate and timely execution of production plans.Harmonize planning logics and methodologies across all production departments.Manage priorities and monitor delivery lead times to ensure service level targets.Oversee and track the full production cycle of all products using Oracle and CyberPlan tools.Work closely with Purchasing and Logistics to ensure proper material supply and optimize stock levels.Guarantee the correct implementation of business processes, including the application and updating of quality, environmental, and safety procedures for which the role is process owner.
Support the definition and implementation of new strategies and continuous improvement projects.Bachelor's / Master Degree in Management Engineering/Supply Chain
3-5 years of experience in similar roles within manufacturing environments.~ Advanced English communication skills.~ Solid understanding of manufacturing processes.~ Excellent computer skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel.~ Strong data analysis capabilities.~ Familiarity with ERP systems and scheduling/planning tools.
