Your role
Production Manager responsible for the end-to-end management of a highly complex production area characterized by fast-paced operations, evolving processes, and a challenging, constantly changing environment.
Ensures effective execution of all departmental activities, leading large teams both hierarchically and functionally while maintaining high standards of performance, quality, and safety.
Main Responsibilities Management of industrial KPIs (HSE, costs, quality, service level) Management of improvement plans Organization and optimization of the shift workforce Ability to engage and guide staff functions toward department and plant objectives Collaborate with plant planning to develop industrial plans Management of department versatility Department communication and involvement Ability to collaborate effectively with plant union representatives Coordination of 3 shift managers, 3 department technologists, and 120 blue-collar workers Main Requirements Master's degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering At least 4 years of experience in highly complex management and technical production environments Strong data analysis skills Problem solving Business acumen Resilience Ability to lead change Strong communication and interpersonal skills What's In It For You Access to our cutting-edge learning platform, Leonardo, and personalized development programs to help you grow professionally and personally.
