PpLocation: Crema /ppFlutter, the largest online sports betting and iGaming group, is headquartered in South East Europe Africa (SEA) and is listed on the London and New York stock exchanges. /ph3What You'll Do /h3ulliReport directly to the Store Associate Manager for the Matchpoint store in Crema. /liliIssue and convert gaming tickets via the VLT/awm terminals and manage cash and winnings. /liliPromote account opening, handle account activation procedures and account management for customers. /liliOperate VLT and AWP machines and provide assistance and support to customers. /liliInform customers about new products, promotions, events and playing methods. /liliCollect necessary documentation for anti‑money‑laundering and anti‑corruption procedures, monitor critical events and ensure compliance with Responsible Gaming regulations. /liliAssist with administrative and reporting activities, supporting the Store Associate Manager and the team. /li /ulh3Who You Are /h3ulliHolds a diploma or a professional training path. /liliHas previous experience in direct customer contact, sales and cash handling. /liliIs curious, proactive and eager to work in a dynamic environment. /liliIs customer‑orientated, offers strong service and commercial mindset, always putting the customer first. /liliIs reliable, responsible and able to work both in a team and independently. /liliHas a strong passion for technology, mobile apps and possesses solid digital skills. /liliEnjoys sports (optional). /li /ulh3Compensation Working Hours /h3pAnnual gross salary: €25,500 - €29,000 (CCNL Commerce level 4).
