La posizione è aperta all'interno del team di PwC.# **Your Perspectives**You will take part in challenging business transformation projects for major players in the Infrastructure sector through the efficiency and re-engineering of internal processes and support for the management of contracts in the Engineering & Construction sector. You will gain experience in developing investment strategies, digital innovation, business planning, and project management.You will be involved, as part of the activities that the team carries out in the Infrastructure and Engineering & Construction sector, with increasing responsibilities in the following activities:**Detailed physical planning**In collaboration with the project management team, plan all disciplines, activities, and events, at the level of detail indicated by the Planning coordination function, in temporal terms (start (or end) and duration) and in terms of interdependencies between activities and/or events.**Identification and Critical Path Management**Identification of the sequence of activities and events that determine the prevailing constraints between the beginning and end of the investment. Identification of possible optimizations. Identification of risk elements on critical paths.**Physical progress monitoring and control**Direct evaluation of the project's status and performance with reference to baseline planning. Identification of deviations and containment proposals. Identification of progress trends.**Identification of preventive actions for deviations from the schedule**Prospective evaluation of progress based on trend analysis and identification of (eventual) delays resulting from trends.**Updating physical planning in case of deviation from the schedule**In collaboration with the project management team, update the planning of all disciplines, activities, and events, at the level of detail indicated by the Planning coordination function, in temporal terms (start (or end) and duration) and in terms of interdependencies between activities and/or events.**Reporting physical progress of Investments and Portfolio**In collaboration with the project management team and the Contracting Companies, develop and update physical progress reporting, both for internal and external stakeholders (e.G., progress summary tables, 'S' curves, histograms of progress registers, etc.), even at an aggregated level (Investments and Portfolio).# **Your unique strengths*** Degree in Engineering (preference for Civil, Building, Construction, and Management Engineering)* At least 2 years of experience in technical-engineering consulting or project management, in the field of civil infrastructure, at engineering companies, consulting firms, construction companies, public administration.* Operational Planning of Construction Projects for infrastructure, works, or large elements (e.G., building, o&g, chemicals, e&u, naval, etc.)* Forecasting ability* Project Monitoring* Project planning software (e.G., Primavera P6, MS Project)* Planning Risk Management* Fundamentals of Project Management* Project Portfolio Planning* Analyze and interpret data* Execution of complex modeling and analysis* Ability to develop scenarios* Problem diagnosis and identification of relevant causal factors* Ability to efficiently plan and coordinate workflow and outputs across multiple functional groups* General purpose IT tools* Environment, Health, and Safety Policy* Finding functional and innovative solutions to complex projects is a challenge you cannot give up.* You know how to work towards objectives and get involved with passion and without limits; * Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills will allow you to build trusting relationships with clients and the team; * You are strongly motivated to consolidate your professional career in consulting.
